Return Policy (All Sales are Final)

Before making your purchase, please review your order including the sizing table for each item to make sure that the item will fit before you purchase. Our clothing items are made to order and as such we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing differences.

We will refund or offer an exchange for items damaged during transit or that may arrive with defects. These items must be returned as arrived within 14 days of receiving the package as per the shipping delivery status. 

To be eligible for exchanges or returns due to items damaged in transit or in the event you receive the wrong item, you must email your order number and images of the defect to sales@propsngears.com within 14 days of receiving the item and describe the issue you have. Once we review and approve, we’ll promptly replace the item. If the same item is no longer available, we’ll refund the purchase price of your item.
